| Giant Panda Technology is hiring a store/IT manager. Giant Panda Technology is a computer & cell phone repair shop performing repairs on cell phones, laptops, and PCs as well as data recovery. 
 The store manager is responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create policies and marketing programs.
 
 Responsibilities:
 • Meet & exceed sales goals.
 • Meet & greet customers in a welcoming manner and maintaining a positive work environment.
 • You will oversee and be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, meeting and exceeding sales goals, merchandising and maintaining the effective presentation of the store.
 • You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, sche**ng of staff, hiring, training and firing.
 • Consistent training and managing of all staff.
 • You will be responsible for effective budgeting and planning in collaboration with the owner.
 • Handling all customer escalations.
 • Making sure tickets are being updated by technicians.
 • Creation and maintaining social media accounts for digital marketing.
 • Local marketing programs/runs.
 • Digital marketing/ads.
 
 Requirements:
 • Experience in repairing small devices such as cell phones, tablets, and computers
 • Experience in troubleshooting computer software-related issues
 • Experience in managing a store, marketing, hiring/firing staff
 • Experience in sales/marketing
 • Excellent customer service & communication skills
 
 Position Details: Store Manager for Computer & Cell Phone Repair – Permanent Full-Time
 
 Compensation: Will vary based on experience.
