We have a large semi-basement of 1700 square ft in our house. Recently, we have done renovation it.You will be the first guest for the new place. Each room has at least one big window and large closet. All brand appliance is new.
The basement has a big living room with furnished tables and sofa, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a big bathroom.
You can reach U of M, Mitt, superstore, Costco etc within 7 mins by driving.
