Share one bathroom, a living room, a storage closet room, kitchen, an opening dining room separated from kitchen. The living room with a separate door directly entering backyard balcony with beautiful grass.
Share air conditioner, TV, high speed Wi-Fi, new Sofa, coffee table, mirror, new stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, pantry, three chairs and new dining table, washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner, new dehumidifier, new ladder, etc.
Available from October 01 for regular lease. You might be available earlier if you need immediately.
The apartment is located on the Pembina Hwy walking to the most popular shopping stores and restaurants. The apartment is on the first floor and next to the bus station. 7 min bus every 12 min to University of Manitoba and starting your day conveniently!
Room is fully furnished. Laundry in the apartment and full kitchen, parking available beside the bedroom window. Also, there are lots of visitors parking available. The buses stop at the door.
Individual student $700 each month, individual professional worker $750 each month, or two females share one bedroom $450 for each person. No utilities fees excluding hydro. WiFi bills split by tenants. One year lease is preferred.
